I'm under a non-compete contract right now and can't DJ any live shows within 50 miles of Detroit. Michigan is home to me and I'm not leaving. DJing weddings is as much a part of my life as being an on-air talent so I'm letting you know I'm still here. I love being on the air, it's my passion. DJing weddings and guaranteeing your wedding reception be the MOST MEMORALBE day of your life, is my passion as well.
I'm sure you know the DJ makes the wedding reception. The food can be a 4 star, but if the music is not done 100% accurately......the wedding reception will be a flop.
IPODS and inexperienced people with a "new sound system" (or old one) are not capable of DJing your wedding reception. You want someone with knowledge of music, and all kinds of music to keep you and your guests dancing up a storm. YOU just gotta have ME.
It's taken so much time for me to honestly say.......DJ's don't come better than Jyl Forsyth DJ Productions and I have 1,000's of clients to prove it.

p.s. I had a job offer in Ann Arbor to have my own show and it's not 50 miles from Detroit so I can't take it. I am off the air due to a non-compete until Dec. 10, 2009.
It's a long time for me. Seems like forever. I just have to trust in Gods plan or else I'll go crazy.
