ULTIMATE WEDDING RECEPTION TONIGHT...one of the very very best we've ever DJ'd!
Congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Frankie and Holly Moran! With over 400 guests in attendance........we rocked the Grecian Center like it was nobody's business! My husband played the tunes and kept the dance floor HOT and I mean HOT all night long! He was amazing! ME? What did I do? I hosted the festivities and danced to an incredible mix of music. Brett, I've probably told you this before.... I married him because he was the best DJ assistant I ever found!

Hey trust me, I went through so many assistants......and ended up DJing by myself for most of my career in this business. I loaded and unloaded and did all the set up and everything all by myself. If I can't have the best, I'll just do it myself.
Brett did not want to do this business AT ALL......but with equipment getting heavier and harder for me to put the speakers on stands and pick up the 100 lb bass....he finally gave in and my DJ Service has been the best it's ever been thanks to him! He has an amazing ear.....and fine tunes every song with such precision....I'm just so blessed because he so great at this and we laugh (a lot!) and have so much fun while at the same time creating a night of magic for our brides and grooms who always become friends!

Frankie and Holly's friends and family were a totally amazing group of indiviuals. We will be attending the video viewing party when they get back from Hawaii! ( We were hoping to get an invite to the honeymoon ) lol!
I'll be posting much of the night on www.youtube.com. When you search type in "Jyl Forsyth" and you'll see what I'm talking about on the dance floor.
DJing weddings is something I'll do until I'm 100 God willing! I've been doing this since I was 19 and the wedding receptions just keep getting better, so why quit!
The money isn't as good as it used to be because I work with my brides and grooms on what they can afford, where as before, we all had jobs and a set price was workable for all, no problem!

There are MANY MANY I'll say it again MANY FAKE DJ's who do NOT KNOW WHAT they are doing! They will charge $50 an hour or less.......or $300 for a night. BEWARE!!! A professional DJ would NEVER EVER GO THAT LOW!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR WEDDING RECEPTION! It takes years to become a GREAT DJ! Seriously, this is an artform, not anyone can do it!
